Growing up in the Eastern part of North Carolina. Family members Paul, Manthel and Byron knew all about cooking on the grill at a very young age. The Sandhills heat was a good way to bring family and friends together by having barbecues. After the move to Atlanta, Paul could not find that sweet spicy style of Eastern North Carolina taste from back home. So it lead him to recreate what has been missing. So Paul started having cookouts with the family and friends that were also from back home. As the word got out more and more people wanted to taste the Eastern Carolina style of barbecue. They guys started doing popups and the response was overwhelmingly positive. After so many comments and requests for bottles of our gourmet sauce. We then decided to bottle up the sauce so every family can enjoy the taste of the true taste from the Sandhills of North Carolina.
